Everyone Has a Customer by Don Stuckey
While everyone does have a customer, many do not act as if they know it, and do not realize the cost of poor customer service. This was a fast-paced, fun-filled meeting that helped the audience better understand how customer service impacts their company and their role in their company and how we might improve our team’s customer service.
